Because imprinted items and signs are unique for each customer, we only
accept orders via phone or email. Please browse our product examples and
catalogs to get an idea of what you need, then contact our sales and customer
service staff to place your order. We will provide you with a written quote,
payment terms and other information to complete your order. Most orders take
10-15 business days, though we will provide an estimated delivery date with your
written quote. Rush service is available on many items for a small additional
charge.
In order to keep overhead low, we do not have a retail store front. Besides,
we would rather visit our local-area customers and get to know them better. This
way we can better serve your needs while offering competitive prices.
For all orders we request 50% of the estimated price as a down payment
at the time the order is placed. Payment is by credit card, check or cash.

production (both full color digital and cut vinyl),
dye sublimation and heat transfer. We work with the
highest quality providers of name-brand garments
giving you the widest array of choices for
imprinted apparel. We also provide a full range of
promotional, incentive and gifts products all
customized with your logo and message.
Turnaround time can vary significantly, but usually averages between 10 and
15 business days. Some items such as embroidery and screen printing can often be
delivered in just a few days. Similarly sign work can often be completed on one
to two days. All turnaround times are based on approved art work. Please
call us for specific information about your
order.
Rush orders are possible for most orders at a reasonable extra charge.
Advanced planning is always important for trade shows. We recommend ordering
your tradeshow giveaways and trade show signage at the same time your reserve
your booth space. Usually a lead time of three or more weeks is best to
guarantee your items and signs will be ready in time. Again, rush orders can
often be accommodated for an extra charge.
